We are a platform that connects users to healthcare professionals, who may or may not take insurance. We encourage you to load your insurance details onto your profile and also ask your individual doctor what their insurance procedures are once you have booked an appointment.

While our team is available 9-5, 5 days a week, we cannot assume the availability of the providers listed on this website. We ask that all providers accept or decline appointment request within 48 hours of them being made. If you have not heard from a provider in that time, please reach out to one of our team members for further assistance.

No, you have the agency to book either in person or virtual sessions through the site. However, please bear in mind that some clinicians may be offering one over the other due to the COVID 19 pandemic. We encourage you to look for doctors who fit your schedule and needs when booking your next appointment.

We have a team of individuals who verify the identity of all clinicians and doctors before they are accepted. We work meticulously to confirm both practice and license number with the HPCSA, before listing all practices on our website. Our main priority as a company is your safety and health and would never do anything to jeopardize that.

Our customer service team is available to answer any questions that may arise during the time of booking or after connecting with your provider. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your provider but will not be able to answer clinician specific questions.
